Salsa in the Bay

San Francisco has Latin dancing most nights of the week. Below are the SalsaCrazy / Dance SF nights we run ourselves — venue, address, lesson times, styles and what you can expect to pay — so you can pick a night and just show up. Every one of them opens with a beginner lesson, so no experience is required.

Which night should a beginner pick?

If your goal is to actually learn, start on Monday. SalsaCrazy Mondays is built around instruction — beginner salsa and bachata lessons at 6:30 PM, then a social the same night so you immediately use what you learned. Friday and Saturday are bigger, later party nights with a lesson attached; they're the fun reward once you have a basic step.
